INTERNATIONAL and U.S. Team Sponsors - Cost: $800 ($600 if active BoA or Sho-Me Sponsor)

Team Sponsor Benefits (over $1,000 in value + priceless exerience):

• 1/4 page advertisement in World Series Commemorative Program (2000+ to be printed and sold at WS)

o Upgrade to ½ page advertisement – $200, Upgrade to full page advertisement – $400

• 3×6 Banner displayed at Sho-Me Baseball during World Series (August 8-18) ($500 value)

o Sponsor to provide banner with delivery to Ballparks of America by August 1, 2024

o If requested, Ballparks of America will print the banner at an additional cost of $100 (if proof received by July 28)

• 4 complimentary tournament-long admission passes ($300 value)

• Option for professional photo WITH your adopted team for additional cost (priceless)

• Logo also to be displayed on BRL World Series Banner to be displayed August 7-17 (during the Cal Ripken Major 70 World Series) at Ballparks of America and throughout the fall at Ballparks of America.

Team Sponsor Opportunities:

• Decorate and equip team dorm or make swag available for non-dorm team at check-in (or provide $250 to cover the cost of the same) – Participating teams will be staying at both Sho-Me Baseball and Ballparks of America (expected).

• Call manager of Adopted Team and introduce yourself and your organization (expected)

• Meet adopted team upon arrival (August 6 or 7 or 3 for most teams) or as soon after as practicable (expected)

• Help teams adjust to the area/Branson by providing recommendations for non-baseball activities (expected)

• Plan and participate in one or two team meals or other activities and accompany team to World Series events and games (optional – not expected)

• Provide gifts/swag from adopting business or representative of the community (optional – can be per player swag or one gift to the team. But this is truly an optional item)

Teams will be adopted on a first-come, first served basis. Once a sponsor pays for an adopt-a-teamsponsorship, the sponsors will be able to select the team they wish to adopt from available teams.

It is our hope that the businesses in the lakes communities, Branson, and Southwest Missouri will come along side Ballparks of America and adopt a team – this will enhance the experience for our visiting teams and will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our Adopt-A-Team sponsors.
